With today&#8217;s euro, you cannot buy the same as in 2014. And the same goes for 2034. Do you already know what your income will look like when you retire? And whether it will actually be enough?    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Checking your pension<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the <a href=\"https:\/\/mijn.spin.nl\/ui.aspx?page=\/employee\/planner2\/net\">Pension Planner<\/a> on MySPIN you can easily get a picture of later now. You can easily add other income and get an estimate of your expenses. Do you have your picture complete? Then you can immediately see whether you are likely to have a surplus or a deficit. But beware: the choices you make when you retire can cause a different outcome. Do you expect your pension to be too low? Then know that you <a href=\"https:\/\/mijn.spin.nl\/ui.aspx?page=\/employee\/planner-content\/action\">can do something about it yourself<\/a>. And the sooner you do so, the better.       <\/p>\n<p>The planner on MySPIN not only helps estimate a surplus or deficit, but can also calculate various retirement choices. This will give you an idea which pension will suit you best. In the Pension Planner you can then calculate your pension choices.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Financially fit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A helping hand in organizing your finances is always welcome. IBM and SPIN are therefore in talks with an external consulting firm to support you in this regard. This goes beyond retirement.  <\/p>\n<p>The plan is to give IBM employees access to online tooling and support from financial planners starting in 2025.
