They must decide what the new pension scheme will look like, when it will take effect, and whether or not current pensions will be converted to the new scheme. The interest association of pensioners and former employees (the GBC) is involved during this process.  <\/p>\n<p>Once the social partners have reached an agreement, SPIN will consider whether we can implement the agreements and whether we are willing to do so. We will then assess whether the value of already accrued pensions can be preserved for all participant groups. <\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, the law is a reality. Therefore, we will continue on the path we have taken. If anything changes there, you will of course hear from us.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>New authority on pension complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new national contact point for pension disputes will start next year. This new body is independent and will start January 1, 2024. However, SPIN will remain your first point of contact if you have a complaint.  <\/p>\n<p>So if you have a complaint: contact SPIN first. Then together we will see if we can find a good solution. Has your complaint not been handled to your satisfaction by SPIN? Then you can still contact the national point of contact. This arbitration body is independent, impartial, expert and easily accessible.
