We will continue with that as usual. Any adjustments will take effect no later than January 1, 2027. Would you like to know more about the new pension system in advance? Then take a look at our <a href=\"https:\/\/spin.nl\/frequently-asked-questions\/?lang=en\">frequently asked questions<\/a>.    <\/p>\n<p>In January, you received an invitation to our survey on &#8220;retirement and risk. Many of you participated in our survey (almost 20%). We will take the answers we received into account when designing your new pension plan.  <\/p>\n<p>Part of the new pension law is the ability to withdraw up to 10% of the pension immediately upon retirement. This is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2024. Will you retire from that date? If so, you will probably soon be able to take advantage of this new option.
