Communication and service are very important to us: we are happy to help you and also to hear what you think of us.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u200dInvestment<\/strong> Policy<\/h3>\n<p>We have some 4.5 billion euros of pension money under management. To ensure that there is enough money now and in the future to pay the benefits in the DB schemes, we invest the funds. The same applies to the pension capitals that (former) employees build up in the DC schemes. When they later buy a pension from an insurer with their capital, that capital must have grown sufficiently. Finding the balance between return, risk and cost is of course a very important part of our tasks. Sufficient returns must be made, but we do not want and must not run too many risks in the process. We also strive to keep costs as low as possible. At SPIN, we formulate investment policy and strategy. SPIN stands for a well thought out and solid way of investing.
