Does this choice apply to both my DB pension and DC capital?

Yes, you can make this choice for both your DB pension and your DC capital. For the DB pension, you can later pass this choice on to SPIN. For the DC capital, you can have it included in the offer of the insurer where you buy your pension. We will transfer your total pension capital and you will receive the lump sum from your chosen insurer.
