How can I communicate that I want to divide my pension with my ex-partner?
You can communicate this using the notification form in connection with division of old-age pension in divorce.
You and your ex-partner must both complete and sign this form. Then you can mail it to info@spin.nl or send it to Stichting Pensioenfonds IBM Nederland, Antwoordnummer 469, 1180 VB Amstelveen. A stamp is not required.
