On what parts of my salary do I not accrue a pension?
You do not accrue a pension over the so-called deductible. In 2025, this is an amount of €20,919.89. You also do not accrue pension over the salary above the capping limit. This is an amount of €131,290 in 2025. Note: Do you have both a DB and a DC pension? For both your DB pension and your DC pension, we state the full deductible on the UPO. Naturally, we divide this proportionally between your DB pension and your DC pension.
