Will the new pension contract apply to me as well?

The new pension rules effective Jan. 1, 2028, apply to pension capitals accrued from that date.

IBM and the works council (COR) decided in the agreement that accrued pensions (DB and DC) will not be converted to the new pension plan. Thus, the new rules will not apply to pension (capital) accrued up to Jan. 1, 2028.
