The Grey Blue Circle, or GBC for short, is the association of former employees of IBM Netherlands, both retired and not yet retired. The association not only promotes the interests of its members, but also tries to increase the bond between members by organizing meetings. The GBC also has a legal right to be heard, for example on the Future Pensions Act.
