The safest way to log into MySPIN is with a DigiD. However, if you live abroad, it can be quite difficult to obtain a DigiD. We are happy to explain how to apply for a DigiD from abroad.
Read below how to request a DigiD from abroad.
1. Make an appointment via DigiD activation code received via video call | Netherlands Worldwide a few hours away, so you have time to prepare (step 2). You will receive a confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your mail.
2. Apply for a DigiD via DigiD | I live abroad. You will receive confirmation codes by email and text message on your cell phone. Enter the confirmation codes until you finally receive a counter code. You will need this counter code when video calling for the activation code (step 3).
3. Use the email (step 1) and codes (step 2) from the State Department to go to the video appointment. The video call representative will be happy to help you activate your DigiD with the activation code.
