MySPIN not yet available. Pension payments and other services continue

You will not yet be able to log into MySPIN in January and February

As of Jan. 1, 2022, SPIN will have the pension administration back in-house. We will receive the latest up to date data this month from our previous administrator TKP. We are doing extensive checks on this data in the new system before releasing the login to the My environment for everyone. This is because MijnSPIN is directly linked to the pension administration. We are thus ensuring that your data will soon be available correctly and securely on MijnSPIN. So we ask for your patience. The expectation is that you will be able to log in again at the beginning of March.

Pension payments and other services continue

All regular business, such as pension payments, will continue as usual. And if you have any questions, you can always contact our service desk. As usual, we send the benefit statement and annual statement to our retired participants at the end of January. We send these by regular mail.

New personal environment of SPIN

We have also seen this transition as a good time to revamp your personal environment. We are currently working hard to make this available to you. Soon you will be able to see your most important pension information at a glance: how much pension you have, when you will receive it and what is arranged for your dependants. You will also soon be able to make more arrangements yourself. For example, changing your correspondence address or your bank details.

Do you have a question about the amount of your pension? Did you know that you can also log in to Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl? You will then have all your pension details at a glance, including those of any previous employers.
