I can't log in with my username and password. How do I request a new one?

To log in with a (new) username and password, you must first request them from us. You can do this in the following steps:

1. You go to our website and click on MySpin in the upper right corner

2. You will now enter the login screen and click on the bottom option "Don't have a DigD? Click Here"

3. You request a new username. Please note that your old username will not work here, you can only request a new username

4. You will then receive an email from us with a new username.

5. You will then return to the website, go through the same steps, enter your new username and then request a new password using the "Reset Password" option.

6. You will then receive an email from us with a new password and with that you can then log in from now on.
