Do you work at IBM? IBM's agreement states that pensions (DB and DC) accrued up to January 1, 2028 will not be converted to the new pension plan. This means that nothing will change from the Wtp on your pension (capital) accrued up to January 1, 2028 with SPIN.

Do you work at Kyndryl and have accrued DC pension at SPIN? Then Kyndryl will request a collective value transfer for your DC pension in 2025. Kyndryl will inform you about this. Do you have any questions? If so, please contact NLEmployeeOffice@kyndryl.com.

Are you no longer working at IBM or Kyndryl? Or are you retired? IBM and the Central Works Council decided in the agreement that accrued pensions will not be converted to the new pension plan. Kyndryl's agreement also states that DB pensions and DC capitals accrued until January 1, 2025 will not be converted to the new pension plan.

This means that nothing will change about your accrued pension with SPIN from the Wtp. SPIN will continue to manage your pension and we will remain your trusted point of contact.
