Do you work at IBM? IBM's agreement states that pensions (DB and DC) accrued up to January 1, 2028 will not be converted to the new pension plan. This means that nothing will change from the Wtp on your pension (capital) accrued up to January 1, 2028 with SPIN.

Do you work for Kyndryl and have DC capital with SPIN? Then your DC capital will have been transferred to Kyndryl's new pension administrator in early 2026. Unless you have not given permission for this. In that case, your capital is left with SPIN. All DB pensions have also been left with SPIN.

Are you no longer working at IBM or Kyndryl? Or are you retired? IBM and the Central Works Council decided in the agreement that accrued pensions will not be converted to the new pension plan. Kyndryl's agreement also states that DB pensions and DC capitals accrued until January 1, 2025 will not be converted to the new pension plan.
