Elections Accountability Board

The SPIN board is accountable to the Accountability Body (VO) for the policy pursued and the balanced consideration of interests. The VO has a number of advisory rights . The VO evaluates the board and looks at the affairs of SPIN. Thus, as a participant, you have influence on what happens.

There will be another election in 2027.

The VO consists of 12 members in the following distribution:

  • 1 representative elected by the employees of IBM
  • 1 representative elected by the employees of Kyndryl
  • 6 representatives elected by the pensioners
  • 3 members appointed by IBM
  • 1 member appointed by Kyndryl

Together they stand up for everyone who has an interest in SPIN.

Why Important

Pension is an important employment benefit. It is your income for later when you are no longer working. Your pension is administered by SPIN, the pension fund of IBM and Kyndryl. SPIN is co-managed by representatives of employees, pensioners and employers. They take the decisions and make the policies. The SPIN board is accountable to the Accountability Body.

We would like the VO to continue to reflect everyone who has a stake in SPIN; employees, employer and pensioners.
