We would like the VO to continue to reflect everyone who has an interest in SPIN. We strongly urge anyone under 40 to apply as a candidate.
Sufficient knowledge or experience is important
Candidates must meet certain requirements. You can read about what these look like in our competency vision. It is important that new members are willing to do basic pension training and want to keep abreast of new developments. SPIN offers several training opportunities to gain more pension knowledge. Whether a candidate has sufficient knowledge or experience will be assessed by the election committee in an interview.
