Since 2011, we have regularly asked you for your opinion. In this edition of the SPIN Monitor, everyone who no longer works for IBM or Kyndryl but still accrues pension with SPIN could participate. This is because we like to hear what you think about our service and what we can improve in this respect. At the beginning of this year you could tell us (again) what you think.
These are the key findings of the SPIN Monitor 2024:
- You give us an average of 8.1 for our service, and of course we are pleased with that! You feel that your pension is in trusted hands with SPIN. Of course, there is always room for improvement. For example, you would like more support in making pension choices;
- Half of you worry about your retirement; especially when it comes to purchasing power;
- You appreciate our communication, but the possibilities of “Will you have enough soon?” are not yet known to everyone;
- You are positive about our Socially Responsible Investment policy, although returns remain important.
We naturally use these findings to continue to improve our communications and services.
