Do you work or have you worked at IBM?
No, you cannot take any action on your own at this time.
The GBC (the association of pensioners and others) first had a statutory right of hearing. This means they gave their opinion on the proposed arrangements. After the GBC's consultation, the transition plan was presented to SPIN. You can find this plan on MySPIN on the Further Preview page, under the "New Pension Plan" tile.
We will now assess whether we can implement the agreements made. Regulators DNB and AFM must approve SPIN's plans. We expect to be able to show you personal calculations in 2027.
If you still have questions at this point, please contact AskHR and include in the subject line of the ticket: 2025 pension agreements.
Do you work or have you worked at Kyndryl?
For (former) Kyndryl employees and retirees, you cannot take any action yourself either. Kyndryl and the Works Council have reached agreements regarding the SPIN pension already accrued. The pensions already accrued with SPIN will not be converted to the new pension scheme. You will receive more information about this from us later. In the meantime, SPIN will continue to manage your already accrued pension and we will remain your trusted point of contact.
For Kyndryl employees, the changes from this law have been included in the transition to the new pension provider. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at NLEmployeeOffice@kyndryl.com.
