No, you cannot take any action on your own at this time.

The GBC (the association of pensioners and others) first had a statutory right of hearing. This means they gave their opinion on the proposed arrangements. After the GBC's consultation, the transition plan was presented to SPIN. You can find this plan on MySPIN on the Further Preview page, under the "New Pension Plan" tile.
We have now assessed whether we can implement the agreements made. We have worked this out in an implementation plan and a transition communication plan. These plans have been submitted to the regulators DNB and AFM. They still need to approve these plans from SPIN.

For retired members and members no longer employed by IBM, nothing will change from the new pension rules.
In April 2026, an online information session will be held for this target group on this topic. This can also be viewed later on our website.

If you are still working at IBM, things do change. You will gradually be informed about these in more and more personal ways. We expect to be able to show you personal information (and calculations) in 2027. Do you work or have you worked at Kyndryl?

For (former) Kyndryl employees and retirees, you cannot take any action yourself either. Kyndryl and the Works Council have reached agreements regarding the SPIN pension already accrued. The pensions already accrued with SPIN will not be converted to the new pension scheme. You will receive more information about this from us later. In the meantime, SPIN will continue to manage your already accrued pension and we will remain your trusted point of contact.
