The Future of Pensions Act took effect July 1, 2023. IBM is in discussions with the works council about adapting the pension plan to the new law. Implementing organizations such as SPIN have until no later than Jan. 1, 2028, to adapt the implementation and plan to the law.
For Kyndryl employees employed on Jan. 1, 2025, the changes from this law will be included in the transition to the new pension provider.
Did you leave Kyndryl’s employment before January 1, 2025? In principle, Kyndryl has chosen not to convert accrued pensions to a new pension plan.
